Buying a home at auction ensures that you will never pay more than fair market value for a property. Unlike the traditional brokerage method, the terms and conditions of sale are the same for all potential buyers. No longer will you submit a contract to the seller while wondering what other potential buyers have offered. The auction process is an open and fair process guaranteeing that any one bidder does not have an advantage over another.

Puchase the property at your price. In a traditional brokerage method, you must negotiate from a price that is pre-set by the Seller. At an auction, you offer the price that you want to pay for the property.

Our job is to provide you with as much information about the property as we can. Prior to the sale, we will create a comprehensive Property Information Package for you detailing the data about the house. This package will also include the Contract of Sale for your review so that you can be informed and prepared to buy the property on the day of the sale. When you come to bid you will know all the terms of the sale and will be prepared to purchase the house with peace of mind.
